How we handle your data

Evefall Automation AB (info@evefall.se) is responsible for the personal data collected via evefall.com. Here we describe in plain language what we collect, why, and what rights you have. We never collect more than we need and we never sell data to anyone.

The contact form and customer portal

When you send a case through the contact form or the customer portal we process your name, email address, company and what you write. The data is used only to answer and handle your case. The case is stored in our own customer system, which we run ourselves, for as long as it is active.

The AI chat

What you type in the chat is sent to Google (Gemini) to generate answers. Therefore, do not enter sensitive personal data or confidential information in the chat. We store no chat history on our servers, and the conversation disappears when you close the page.

Cookies & local storage

The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. The customer portal uses a necessary login cookie when you follow your cases.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Email us and we will help you: info@evefall.se.
