Traceability along the line
Barcodes, DataMatrix, QR and embossed or laser-marked text are read automatically and linked to order and MES systems.
Measure & locate
Non-contact, at line speed
Dimensions, diameters, holes and tolerances are measured without contact against the drawing, and the part is passed or rejected on the spot.
Robot guidance
Eyes for the robot
Vision tells the robot where the part is and how it is oriented, so it can pick, place and assemble without fixed fixtures.

Deep learning classifies products and finds deviations that are hard to describe with rules. Trained and tested on your real products.
